Mr. Greenes was born in Texas and lived all across the United States, as well as spending several years in the United Kingdom, but has happily made Philadelphia his home. Originally interested and engaged in politics, a college class with the late Judge Joseph Lodge of Santa Barbara, California, led him to join the legal world.

Mr. Greenes joined the Levensten Law Firm as a student-intern, working part-time until graduating law school at nearby Rutgers School of Law, at which time he joined the firm as a full-time associate attorney. Recognized as a Pennsylvania SuperLawyers Rising Star every year since 2014, Mr. Greenes has worked on the firms’ cases involving estate planning, family law, property law, personal injury law, and mass tort litigation, including the following litigations: Gadolinium Based Contrast Agent Products Liability Litigation, MDL 1909 (N.D. of Ohio); In re Zyprexa Products Liability Litigation, MDL 1596 (E.D. of New York); In re Vioxx Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1657 (E.D. of Louisiana); Philadelphia County Vioxx Products Liability Litigation; New Jersey Vioxx Products Liability Litigation, Fosamax Products Liability Litigation, Trasylol Products Liability Litigation, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome Products Liability Litigation, Philadelphia County Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella Products Liability Litigation; New Jersey Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella Products Liability Litigation; In re Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2100 (S.D. of Illinois); and most recently: Actos Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2299 (W.D. of Louisiana); Pradaxa Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2385 (S.D. of Illinois); Xarelto Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2592 (E.D. of Louisiana); and Testosterone Replacement Therapy Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2545 (N.D. of Illinois)

The dedication Mr. Greenes has to the firm’s clients he credits from the lesson learned from his grandfather and while earning the rank of Eagle Scout – which is that of the value and importance of aiding those in need. Outside of the legal world, Mr. Greenes is an active member on several Boards of Directors for local and regional non-profit organizations. Important personally to Mr. Greenes are grass-roots social and civil justice initiatives, including inner-city education, food security, and dog-rescue and adoption. He also enjoys his time cycling in the city and suburbs of Philadelphia, and participates in a competitive volleyball league with other young professionals.
